In some cases you may need to completely uninstall and then reinstall the game client.
This action is never recommended lightly and will usually be suggested after various other troubleshooting attempts have been made.
Uninstalling the Client
In order to fully remove the game client from your system please do the following:
1. Click on Control Panel in your Start menu
2. Click on Programs then Programs and Features
3. Wait for the list of programs to populate
4. Locate the entry for the game
5. Click on the program to uninstall
6. When the game has been fully removed please go to the file location where the game was initially installed.
If there are any game files left in the installation folder, please delete them manually.
